With more than 25 years of experience in banking, mortgage lending, financial services, and operational leadership, John Myura brings a customer-first approach and a deep understanding of the lending industry to every client relationship. Throughout his career, John has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and delivering personalized financial solutions that help individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals.
John’s mortgage lending expertise includes originating, managing, and closing residential loan portfolios while guiding clients through every stage of the financing process with clear communication and trusted advice. During his time as a Loan Officer with Highlands Mortgage, he consistently generated and closed more than $1 million in monthly loan volume while maintaining an exceptional client satisfaction rating through his commitment to service and relationship-building.
In addition to his mortgage background, John has held leadership and project management roles with nationally recognized organizations including JPMorgan Chase, MBNA America Bank, Navient, SAP America, and Info Systems. These experiences strengthened his expertise in financial operations, portfolio management, customer experience strategy, and process improvement, while reinforcing the importance of accountability, communication, and teamwork.
As Owner and Operator of Customer 1st Finance, John continued his passion for helping clients navigate financial decisions by delivering customized lending solutions and building a business culture centered on responsiveness, trust, and long-term relationships.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, John is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He currently serves as Chairman of Driving Towards a Dream and DELPA Legends of Coaching, while also supporting athletes and families as a Special Olympics Liaison for the Delaware Golf Chapter. His community involvement reflects the same values that define his professional career — leadership, service, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
